About Project

The Pearl Villa is an exclusive residential project nestled on a substantial site in a prime Moroccan location. The vision for this villa was a luxurious sanctuary and private retreat, combining contemporary elegance with traditional Moroccan architectural influences, offering unparalleled comfort, privacy, and attention to detail.

The project encompasses a total built area of 8,500 sq. ft., meticulously designed to include spacious living areas, five en-suite bedrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and dedicated spaces for relaxation and entertainment. Residents can enjoy expansive landscaped gardens, a private swimming pool, and breathtaking views of Rabat. The villa also features high-end finishes and bespoke elements throughout, ensuring an exceptional living experience.

Our Approach And Solution

The expansion includes eight additional wide-body gates, four jet bridge gates and four remote stand operation bus gates to increase capacity in the international terminal. The new restaurants, retail areas, digital art and pet relief area improve the passenger experience. An iconic showpiece within the expansion is an island forest, complete with three live hemlock trees and contained within an open-air glass atrium.
